Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts arising between us (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg, HRB 164137) and you as a customer from orders of goods via our online shop Rugway.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order these goods. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order, which constitutes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with Wahdat Trading GmbH for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
Immediately after sending your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This e-mail does not constitute an acceptance of the purchase offer, but merely informs you that we have received the order.
This does not apply to the credit card and PayPal payment methods. Notwithstanding clause 1.4, a binding contract is already concluded either by your instructing one of the aforementioned payment service providers to pay the price of the goods to us or by clicking on the "Order subject to payment" button.
We reserve the right to cancel an order within two days if there is a technical fault with the pricing of the product. (Wrong price, wrong stock information, etc.).
The contract language is German.
The following payment options are available to the customer: Bank transfer (advance payment), credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.
If you choose payment in advance, you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by e-mail. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 5 days. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
If you select the payment method credit card (VISA, MasterCard), your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
When selecting the payment method PayPal you can choose between the currencies EUR, USD. Please note that PayPal has restrictions on the payment of products manufactured in Iran. If your shopping cart contains goods from Iran, PayPal will not be offered as a payment method.
Cash on delivery
There is an additional charge of 2,00€ for cash on delivery.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Free shipping within the EU + Switzerland and Norway
By selecting our standard shipping in the order process, you will receive your order free of shipping charges within 2-4 days after receipt of payment. In addition to free shipping, we offer worldwide shipping. You will be informed about the costs in the order process.
In addition to delivery, there is also the possibility of self-collection at the following address: Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg. Please make sure in the item description that the carpet is marked as available on site.
In case of transport damage, please report the damage to us as soon as possible.
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is net. Taxes and customs duties will be charged to you by the shipping service provider.
Free return within the EU + Switzerland and Norway
If you would like to make use of your right of return and would like free collection, please inform us. Please inform us by phone or mail of your desired pick-up date. The parcel will then be collected from your home.
If you return the parcel to us yourself, we will not be able to cover the costs either.

30 days right of return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The period begins on the day after receipt of the goods. It is sufficient if you inform us of your wish to return the goods by letter, e-mail or fax.
Please note that the right of return only applies to an order placed via the online shop, an order placed by telephone or an order placed by e-mail within the scope of the Distance Selling Act. Purchases in stationary shops (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg) are generally excluded from this, unless a different agreement is made and recorded in writing at the time of purchase.
Of course, there is a guarantee on all our products. The guarantee is valid until 1 year after the date of delivery. If, when making a claim under the guarantee, it turns out that the fault is due to external influences, the customer may have to bear the repair costs himself, as the guarantee does not apply to this type of damage. Our experts will decide whether the damage is due to a production defect or external influence after delivery to the customer. Freight costs will be borne by the customer in the event of a warranty claim.
